Global Dialogue Forum の目指すもの

日本人と主にアジアの現地管理者のインターフェイスとして１５年ほど、両者の協働の実態に触れ、関係構築の手伝いをしてきましたが、両者に深い信頼関係が芽生えるには、まだまだ月日がかかる様に思われます。働き甲斐、勤労観、人生観の差は深遠で、関係構築にはビジョン、情熱、寛容さに、人としての度量も必要かと痛感しております。経営の中枢を赴任者に依存する組織には個々の経験知が構造的に蓄積されことは困難です。今こそ、個々人の改善努力を土台に、全世界におられる日本人と日本人と働く外国人の皆様が、協働経営への思いや経験を共有し、対話する場が必要です。その場を Global Dialogue Forum と名づけ、皆様の参加によって、外国人の同胞と私たち自身を助けられんことを祈ります。ご支援をお願い申し上げる次第です。--- 河谷隆司

Vision of Global Dialogue Forum

Having served the Japanese business community as an interface with local executives for the past 15 years, I am under the impression that it may take more time before a deep mutual trust will sprout. Differences in motivators, work values and outlook on life are so deep that building relationship will require vision, passion, tolerance, and maturity. It would be difficult for organizations to accumulate experiencial knowledge so long as they depend on rotating expatriates to manage operations. We must now begin dialogue for collaborative management. Let me urge you to join me in “Global Dialogue  Forum” and praying that people - Japanese and their partners - will come around together here to help each other.
